Hostess Job Description

• Provide friendly and welcoming meet and greet services to all guest on entry to the restaurant

• Escort the guest to fully clean and set dining tables, assist with seating, present the menu and explains about the self service or buffet or special live cooking station

• Bid in a warm and friendly manner.

• To present a positive attitude and personality at all times during customer service and outside work area

• To be aware of working schedule

• Company guidelines and regulations regarding uniform, grooming and personal hygiene

• Maintain a positive personality and attitude at all the times

• Assist with any and all other services as requested by the restaurant supervisor

• Must posses good oral and written communication skills of the English language

• Responsible for the overall continuing cleanliness of the places of work

• Is responsive and flexible to any request for extra duties

• Carry out all other duties when assigned by the superior time to time
